We ship internationally to most countries.
Shipping starts at $6 and varies depending on where you’re located in New Zealand. You can see exactly what the shipping will cost you by checking the Shipping and Handling costs on the Shopping Cart page before checkout. For delivery we require a physical address not a box number or RD number. Orders will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared and should be received via Tolltranz / Ipec courier within 2-5 working days.
Shipping is calculated on weight of your order total. To find out what the shipping will cost to your part of the world, please contact us first.Once an order has been placed, we will advise on transit times. Any applicable customs, duties, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the consignee in the destination country.
During checkout, you can choose how you want to pay. We currently offer the following forms of payment via our website:-
Secure credit card payments are made using PayPal, however you don’t need a PayPal account in order to pay by credit card. PayPal accepts all major credit cards including VISA and MASTERCARD and payments are usually approved instantly.
All items come with a full money back guarantee! Your satisfaction is our foremost concern. If you are not satisfied with any item you purchase from us, you must return it in its original unused condition, with its original packaging, within 7 days of purchase for full refund or store credit. We do not refund shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account within 7 days of receiving the goods, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will then send you a Returns Confirmation email with our returns address. You will be notified via email when your account is credited for the return (usually within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item).
If we made an error in your order we will refund the full purchase price plus shipping costs for that item. We pride ourselves on quality control and check all products to the best of our ability before sending them out. In the rare instance that an item is faulty, we will refund your payment and along with any return postage or courier costs that you’ve had to pay to return the items.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any parcels sent to us that get “lost in the post”. We also reserve the right to reject any returns if we deem the item not to be shop worthy.
Should your ordered items be out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and provide you with an estimated arrival date.
We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, or disclosed. We protect your credit card information during transmission by using PayPal.
Your credit card details are not held by us and cannot be accessed by Bruns.co.nz.
